We are in the process of registering the Trust/society. We need to fill 3 forms and then go for registration. We have to identify at least 11 people as the members of the trust. Please let me know if any one of you interested to be an official member in this trust. If registered or unregistered you all are already members of this trust:). This is just for official notebook work only. All the registered members have to meet at least once in a month and discuss about the future plans etc. On this basis, we need people who can really gather and have discussions on weekends at least once in a month.
We are planning the name of the trust to be something related with 100. Something like "Help many with 100 Every month". We need your suggestions so that we can finalize on something. Please let me know your innovative ideas and names for finalizing the name.
Please find the attached Excel sheet with newly added members list and donations made from 06th Jul – 03rd Aug. The amount we have currently with us is 8166 + 2650 = 10816. We are planning to open the bank account for the trust. We might need to use this amount for that. Once everything is established, we can add more people to the group as everything is transparent. Please let me know if I'm missing anyones donation detail or adding any new member to the list.
Note: Please do mention your name while transferring the money. Last month there was one transaction without name. It would be easy for tracking purpose if you all mention your name while transferring the money.
Please let me know your suggestions/ideas/comments.

Maheedhar : I would like to be an official member in our dream project. Ofcourse my full support will be there to our project as official member or as helping hand.
Its good if we all have a small gathering to discuss our thoughts and give a shape to our thoughts.
Maheedhar was telling about our project name. Here I would like to say something and I am feeling free to share my thought, hope you understand.
It would be good and more reachable if we take any Telugu name for our project. See we will be approaching old age homes and orphanages, probably we will be meeting them right(I would like to meet and listen to them personally). So then, when we say we are coming from so and so they can easily understand what we really mean to them. I feel it, so just I shared with you. Anyhow a name is a name, should reflect our dream.
I am thankful to Jyothsna and Maheedhar for giving me this opportunity. I really mean it guys.

Here what I feel Im writting,
NAME of the TRUST mentioned mentioned by Mr.Mahee is "Help many with 100 Every month", As per my opinion upto caption its ok as If we put name like that its not easy to understand what is the motive of this TRUST/Society to all people(All ages). but as a caption if we put it,thn it resemblshow how we established this trust and what kind of activities this trust doing like that to know it helps..
I don't know its currect or not. Just I mentioned here my views....

We should have a google group/yahoo group. It is more appropriate and convenient place for sharing information, especially things that should not be made public - like Mahi's a/c number.
Blog is also good idea, but it can be used more for spreading the movement.
Yes JB, That's a good idea. Once after registering the charity, we will created the group and delete the personal info from this Blog.
Friends, I need more views/ideas for the NAME of the charity and the name should be unique.
